The Fender Harvard is one of the great sleepers of the tweed era. 10 watts through a single 10” speaker—clean, clear, and chimey at low volume, then breaking up into rich, musical overdrive when pushed.
This one has a few honest changes. The original tweed was painted over black years ago, giving it a different look from the usual tweed. The power transformer is original. The triad stamp is gone but you can see the code from the inside of the amp. The amp was recently serviced to safe, original-style specs. The speaker is now a Warehouse Veteran 10”, which nails the warm, vintage voice and is tough enough for regular use.
For collectors, it’s a real 1950s Fender at a friendlier price point than a mint original. For players, it’s a ready-to-go amp with the tone these are known for—sweet, touch-sensitive, and perfect for recording or small gigs.
