Thank you for your purchase. We hope your purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

For vintage or used items, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery to initiate a return. Vintage or used items must be returned in the same condition it was received.

For any consignment piece purchased, we cannot issue a return or refund for any circumstance.

For any international order, we cannot issue you a return or refund. International shipping is a lengthy process and we are not responsible for the decisions made by import/export teams of any country.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact us before sending items back. Place the item securely in its original packing, case, and box and mail to the following address:

The postage charge is the customers responsibility; unless otherwise stated and discussed.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 1 business day from the receipt of your item to process your return. Customers will be notified after the refund has been initiated. A 3% restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.
