Scruffs Vintage Guitars – Return Policy
At Scruffs Vintage Guitars, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every item we sell. Due to the nature of vintage instruments, all sales are subject to the following return policy.
Return Eligibility
Vintage & Used Instruments
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received, including all original packaging, case, and documentation. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Consignment Sales
All consignment sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for consignment items under any circumstances.
All consignment items are marked in the description of the item.
International Orders
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any international transactions. Scruffs is not liable for delays, rejections, or decisions made by customs or international shipping agencies.
Negotiated Sales
Items purchased through negotiated pricing are considered final sale. By entering into a negotiated transaction, both parties agree that the sale is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, unless a cancellation is required due to an error made by Scruffs Vintage Guitars.
Return Instructions
To request a return, contact us at scruffsvintageguitars@gmail.com prior to shipping. Returns without prior approval may be refused.

All items must be packed securely in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 1 business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
A 3% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the return is due to an error by Scruffs Vintage Guitars.
You will be notified once your return has been processed.
